Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any books or records.
Refunds We issue refunds only under the following circumstances:
- Damaged items: If your order arrives visibly damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll review your request and, if approved, issue a full refund or replacement.
- Wrong item received: If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right with a refund or the correct item.
- Lost in transit: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier and never delivered, you may be eligible for a full refund after an investigation period.
Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
